Shipping policy

All items are made to order except one-of-a-kind pieces. Please allow 1-2 weeks for me to lovingly create the items that you have ordered. I will let you know as soon as they are ready to be shipped. One-of-a-kind pieces will be shipped within 3-5 working days.

Please let me know if your order needs to be processed within a specific time frame (eg. birthday gifts).

Collection at Erin Frances Creative Studio:

You are very welcome to collect your order from my studio at no extra charge. Collection is possible by appointment on weekdays between 9am and 4pm. Please contact me to arrange a collection day and time.

Shipping within South Africa:

I use The Courier Guy for shipping. Delivery to your nearest The Courier Guy locker or to your door should take up to 2 business days. If shipping to your door, please make sure someone is available to sign for your parcel on delivery. Delivery to your door is free for orders over R1500.

Shipping everywhere else:

I would love to ship something special to you internationally. Please contact me to arrange international shipping.
