Shipping policy

All items are made to order except one-of-a-kind pieces. Please allow 1-2 working weeks for me to lovingly create the items that you have ordered. I will let you know as soon as they are ready to be shipped. One-of-a-kind pieces will be shipped within 3-5 working days.

Please let me know if your order needs to be processed within a specific time frame (eg. birthday gifts).

Collection at Erin Frances Creative Studio:

You are very welcome to collect your order from my studio at no extra charge. Collection is possible by appointment on weekdays between 9am and 4pm. Please contact me to arrange a collection day and time.

Shipping within South Africa:

Overnight shipping via The Courier Guy, door to door, to all major centres. Delivery to outlying areas using this option may take up to 72 hours. Please make sure someone is available to sign for your parcel on delivery. Delivery is free for orders over R1500.

Shipping everywhere else:

International shipping via DHL, counter to counter, usually takes about 10-12 working days (excluding customs clearance time). The customer may be responsible for import duties on the receiving end.
