Refund policy

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, I will gladly accept returns and exchanges if the item is returned within 7 days of receipt of your parcel. All items returned must be unworn and in the original packaging with tags still attached. Once I receive the returned parcel in good order, either a credit note will be issued via email, or a new item will be on it's way to you.

The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs; including costs to return the original purchase, as well as the costs incurred in order to re-send the replacement goods.

Please make sure you choose the correct ring size, necklace length etc. Ring sizing information can be found here.

Unfortunately no credit refunds allowed, and no returns on customized or commissioned work.
